In order to continually improve the examination process, we are soliciting your comments regarding the recent examination of your Credit Union including the professionalism and conduct of our staff that completed the examination. We are also interested in your comments on the supervisory action from this office after the examination and any other contacts you have had recently with Division personnel.
It should be emphasized that in case of a joint examination involving NCUA examiners, we are seeking an evaluation only of state examiners.
